School classes can make a group reservation without making an immediate binding purchase. Pupils can become ill, so this avoids the cancellation work for school classes. Larger groups such as school classes are always divided into several teams on the LONDON TRACK and PARIS TRACK, with a maximum of 6 people each. They start in parallel and one after another.

In our menu, open "EVENTS & BIRTHDAYS" and select "SCHOOL WITH A DIFFERENCE". There you will find the reservation link to our Fever ticket shop.

If there are children under 11 in the group, the following applies:

Every team containing a child under 11 must include an adult who is booked as an active player and joins in.

In addition, each class needs the group consent form completed by the person responsible for supervision. Bring the printed and completed consent forms on the day of the event.

Afterwards, take your reserved table in JIMIS Bistro for 90 minutes to enjoy a family-style event meal and 1 soft drink per player.

*Would you like to bring a birthday cake? You can. Please bring your own plates and knives. Bringing a cake does not replace the event meal. Event meals are a fixed part of the event booking! Bringing your own drinks or food beyond small snacks and cake is not permitted.

Reservations are only available for school classes. All other tickets must be fully booked and paid for.

Bookings are generally binding. In certain cases, such as illness or severe weather disasters, we may be able to reschedule your event. In that case, email the Fever Support Team at hello@feverup.com. Please include your ticket ID.

To a limited extent. Additional players can be added as long as there is capacity in the relevant team (2 to 6 players per team).

If adding a player exceeds the maximum team size, another team must be booked.

This is often possible at short notice from Monday to Friday. However, high demand may mean that all places are booked on Saturdays and Sundays. We recommend checking the ticket shop in advance.

Unfortunately not. The ticket is tied to the number of people booked.

However, tickets are not tied to named individuals, so another person can take the place of someone who cannot attend.

Each team can choose GERMAN or ENGLISH for its mission at reception.

Unfortunately not. The 25 adventure rooms focus mainly on physical tasks, particularly jumping, balancing and climbing. The KJAW dining area is accessible and open to everyone.

KJ Adventure World is an interactive indoor attraction in Hamburg combining a fun arena, jump house and escape room. Teams complete physical and mental missions in several rooms in a race against time.

It is for children, teenagers and adults aged 6 to 99, depending on the track. It is suitable for families, groups of friends, school classes, companies and events.

Depending on the track, playing time is between 45 and 64 minutes, plus check-in and a briefing. Event packages last about 2.5 hours.

The tracks differ in theme, number of missions, playing time and minimum age. You can choose from:

LONDON TRACK: Ideal for first-time teams | 10 rooms | 64 min playing time | ages 9 and over

PARIS TRACK: For everyone looking for more of a challenge | 10 rooms | 64 min playing time | ages 9 and over

HAMBURG TRACK: A shorter track to try it out | 6 rooms | 45 min playing time | ages 9 and over

KIDS TRACK: The perfect track for children | 7 rooms | 45 min playing time | ages 6 and over

Almost all 25 adventure rooms are different. The exceptions are the Ninja Parkour, included in LONDON, PARIS and KIDS, and the pixel rooms, included in all 4 tracks. We do not reveal further details about the individual tracks. Book according to availability and try the different tracks!

A team consists of 2 to a maximum of 6 people. If you book for 8 people, for example, the players are divided into two teams. Teams are formed on site at check-in. Teams do not have to contain the same number of players.

Yes. If you have booked the same track several times, teams start at staggered intervals and play the same rooms one after another. This also works well with the optional Team Battle booking.

Alternatively, you can book different tracks for the same time, subject to availability. In that case, you play different rooms but start at the same time and meet each other several times in the playing area.

No, we have no fixed weight limits. Everyone is welcome.

Please listen to your body and decide for yourself whether you feel comfortable with the activities. Some areas contain smaller or narrower passages. If you feel uncomfortable there, you can skip them at any time.

In some cases, yes. Some passages require a certain height or reach, which is why certain tracks are only open to players aged 9 and over.

For the London, Paris and Hamburg Tracks, we recommend a minimum height of about 140 cm.

If a room feels too tight or uncomfortable, you can skip it and move straight on.

A basic level of fitness is helpful so that you can enjoy the activities comfortably and without strain. Peak performance is not the aim. You should be able to move freely in everyday life and have no acute health problems. Ultimately, you decide what is right for you.

In principle, an uncomplicated pregnancy does not rule out participation. Please always use your own judgement and listen to your body. You can take breaks and skip individual rooms at any time.

Please note:

The London Track has a room in which padded beams move out of the wall. We do not recommend this room during pregnancy because of the risk of impact to the abdominal area.

Yes!

*You enter the Adventure World rooms without shoes. You can bring your own grip socks or add KJAW socks during the ticket booking process or on site.

*Mobile phones are also prohibited in the adventure rooms to protect you against losing them during the game. You can store valuables in a locker. Adventure World GmbH accepts no liability for valuables.

The group is divided into several teams. You can decide the teams when you arrive.

For 13 people or more, you can make a second booking for individual tracks. Alternatively, you can book the large MIX EVENT PACKAGE for 6 to 24 people, including the London or Paris Track and a family-style event meal for all players in our Jimis Bistro, with a 90-minute table reservation.

A competition between at least two teams with a high-score ranking and a winner's certificate at the end. It can be added free of charge as an extra during the booking process.

To book: Choose a track in the Fever ticket shop, book at least 7 people or several teams, then select the "TEAM BATTLE" extra in the next step of the ticket booking process.

Choosing the winners: The system evaluates the points and you find out the high score at the end. Speak to the KJAW team at reception after your playing time and the winning team will receive its winner's certificate.

Please note: This package does not include an exclusive event room. Instead, you have a reserved area in JIMIS Bistro for 90 minutes after playing.

Upgrade 1: Add a photo mirror to capture the best moments straight away, including a digital photo link. Printing on site is not available. Additional cost: a one-off charge of 99 € per event.

Upgrade 2: Tickets for the Maxx Motion 7D Experience

Choose a 7D ride at check-in (Time Ride Hamburg or The Son of Bigfoot).

*After about 2.5 hours at Adventure World, the group continues to the MaxxMotion 7D Experience.

*This upgrade is particularly suitable for company events, birthdays and special occasions.

For children aged 6 to 8, we recommend the KIDS EVENT PACKAGE, including an event meal in JIMIS Bistro and 45 minutes of playing time on the KIDS TRACK.

Alternatively, you can book the KIDS TRACK on its own, without the event option.

The Kids Track is designed specifically for this age group and offers age-appropriate challenges with plenty of movement, team fun and educational value.

No. They were free during the opening period, but are no longer included for sustainability reasons.

Yes, you can bring your own grip socks.

Grip socks are required to take part at KJ Adventure World.

You can bring your own grip socks or add KJAW grip socks to your online booking for 1,50 € per pair. Socks are also available on site for 2,00 € per pair.

Your KJAW grip socks are yours to keep and reuse on your next visit.

You will be jumping and tackling action-packed obstacle courses, so wear comfortable or stretchy clothing.

In Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier, right by the Elbe. Walk straight through Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier (the Westfield Center) to the waterfront. You will find our entrance on the right.

Alternatively, enter "KJ Adventure World" directly into Google Maps to be guided to our main entrance.

PLEASE NOTE: Do not enter our postal address in Google Maps, as it applies to the whole of Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier.

Only JIMIS dining area has accessible access. The missions themselves are not wheelchair accessible.

Yes, JIMIS Bistro is in the entrance area and is open to everyone. It offers a range of food such as burgers, pizza, pasta and salads. The bistro is also open to guests without KJAW tickets.
